Ok…bad brains t-shirt: check. Reverse Baseball cap: check, sub 90 second songs: check, long shorts: check - woah!! its 80’s skate punk revival time…well maybe not…after a pleasant sunday afternoon reaquainting myself with my Stupids, Gangreen, Attitude Adjustment, BGK, Scream, Freeze, Suicidal Tendencies etc LPs I have to say these guys are not really offering any sort of rehashed/retro shit. But its good stuff, no guitar solos, none of that codMetal Downtuned PowerChord wank, no barking..its intense, I like it and they have a song called “youre fucked” which is always a good thing.
And the single comes with a sticker, I love that. However Im a bit anal and I always think I will save a good sticker until I find something good to stick it on, so I have a big bag of them…
I fucked around with the colour on the clip, because I could and because the stupid table-lamp light meant my camera went into “super8 at dusk” mode….the tune is “obey” (sponsorship opp!!!) available from their demo on bandcamp….
